Making an enquiry
The contact link opens your own email application with hello@liamchennells.com as the recipient. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Your email provider and Liam’s mailbox provider, Titan through WordPress.com, process the message for delivery and storage.
Your name, email address and anything you choose to include are used to understand your enquiry and respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to Notes.
Enquiries previously submitted through the website form remain in a private database accessible only to the site’s server. Those earlier submissions used Resend to attempt an email notification. The current contact route does not submit a website form or use Resend. You can request access, correction or deletion using the address above.
Notes for an Entrepreneur
Following Subscribe free opens Substack, which handles your email address, subscription status and newsletter delivery if you choose to subscribe. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from enquiries; making an enquiry does not subscribe you to Notes.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any Note. Substack may measure deliveries, opens and link clicks. You can ask for access, correction or deletion using the contact address above. See Substack’s privacy information for its processing practices.
What to include
Only share what is needed to explain your enquiry. Please do not include medical records, identity documents, payment details or confidential information belonging to someone else.
Site operation and external links
This version has no advertising pixels, marketing cookies or embedded social feeds. Lovable provides hosting and aggregate website analytics, including visits, page views and referring sites. Its built-in analytics does not identify individual visitors or report UTM campaigns separately. Hosting and backend services may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver and secure the site. Font files are served directly by this website. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube and other websites open services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask Liam to stop contacting you by emailing the address above. Information is retained only as needed to deal with your enquiry and any subsequent working relationship or applicable obligations. You can also raise a concern with your relevant data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
